From December 2 to 5, the highly anticipated Marintec China 2025 international maritime exhibition was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. CALB made a major debut, showcasing its full suite of marine battery energy storage solutions and demonstrating China’s leadership in battery technology driving the green transformation of the shipping industry.

 

 

At the exhibition, CALB launched its second-generation 320Ah marine battery cells, which incorporate innovative lifecycle lithium replenishment technology and high-efficiency lithium iron phosphate (LFP) materials. This groundbreaking solution achieves an industry milestone with a cycle life of over 12,000 cycles—20% longer than mainstream products—significantly lowering the total lifecycle operating costs of ships and creating ongoing value for shipowners.

 

 

To meet the unique requirements of high-power operational vessels such as offshore ships and tugboats, CALB introduced a high-power battery system capable of continuous 2C and peak 4C discharge rates. The system is optimized through smart BMS and hybrid power system integration, ensuring that the engine operates at peak efficiency, which greatly enhances fuel economy and reduces emissions. This solution provides strong and reliable power for green, intelligent operations in complex working conditions.
