From November 10 to 13, the 2025 China International Commercial Vehicle Show (CCVS) was held at the Wuhan International Expo Center. CALB, under the theme “Go far & Stay safe”, made a strong debut with its ZHIYUAN series, showcasing a comprehensive energy solution matrix for light-duty and heavy-duty commercial vehicles, drawing significant attention from the industry.

 

 

At this year's exhibition, CALB systematically displayed its robust products and technological capabilities across all commercial vehicle scenarios:

For Specific Scenarios such as Ports, Mines, and Steel Plants: CALB developed the HL Series for short-haul transport. This series covers energy capacities from 120 to 600 kWh for single, double, and triple-branch configurations, with a breakthrough 800 kWh solution, and an energy density of up to 167Wh/kg.

For Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicle Long-Haul Logistics: CALB introduced the ZHIYUAN super-fast charging, ultra-long-life GL Series products. Each pack exceeds 150 kWh, supporting continuous 2C fast charging. Featuring a Core Guard Scale structure and layered assembly design, the product reduces weight by 10% and increases volume energy density by over 40%. CALB is also developing a GL Series bottom-mounted single pack with 203 kWh, targeting a 10-year lifespan and 1.5 million kilometers for ultra-long durability.

 

For Light-Duty Truck Urban Distribution and Intercity Logistics: CALB’s ZHIYUAN light truck battery system focuses on high capacity and long range. With a single pack of 134 kWh, it significantly increases ground clearance to meet light truck EKG standards. Additionally, CALB is developing an industry-leading 176 kWh version with a total range exceeding 500 kilometers, all while maintaining the same package dimensions.
