In her keynote speech, “Reconstructing the Innovation Ecosystem, Co-Creating Energy Civilization”, Chairman Liu Jingyu emphasized that we are currently in a new intelligent era and the era of carbon neutrality. AI is reshaping the industry ecosystem, characterized by digitalization, full-scenario application, zero carbonization, and intelligence, driving the reconstruction of energy civilization. The new energy industry is growing rapidly, and CALB is empowering this development with AI, driving innovation through both technological and management advancements, and focusing on building a symbiotic, co-created, and mutually beneficial industry ecosystem. Liu Jingyu further stated that CALB is committed to achieving carbon neutrality in core operations by 2030 and value chain carbon neutrality by 2040 through continuous innovation and surpassing current industry standards.

 

At the conference, CALB unveiled new-generation technological products and ecosystem cooperation strategies for the power and energy storage markets, embarking on a new industrial era in collaboration with its partners.

 

 

Passenger Vehicles & eVTOL Sector:

Following the success of its UP all-climate, super-fast charging, high-power, and high-energy solutions, CALB launched its flagship product—the UP All-In-One Cylindrical Battery. For passenger vehicles, the battery offers a full-charge range exceeding 1,000 kilometers, and, with its 6C+ supercharging technology, can provide 400+ kilometers of range after just 5 minutes of charging. In the eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) sector, the energy density of the battery cells reaches 360Wh/kg+, while the system energy density achieves 270Wh/kg+. The ultra-low internal resistance from the UP channel supports instant ultra-high power discharges exceeding 1,500kW, enabling top-tier acceleration performance in vehicles and perfectly meeting the high power and response demands of eVTOLs and other urban air mobility (UAM) aircraft.

 

 

Commercial Sector:

CALB introduced the ZHIYUAN Series full-scenario commercial product solutions, which feature three major technological innovations:High Safety: The “Core Guard Scale” high-strength system structure and the “TPP3.0” thermal-electrical separation technology ensure robust safety.Supercharge & Long Lifespan: High-throughput ion networks and “zero-gas” lithium replenishment technology offer ultra-fast charging and long-lasting performance.Wide Temperature Range: The combination of high-conductivity lithium cathode, high-performance anode system, and intelligent thermal management technology supports ultra-fast charge peaks of 4C (15 minutes to full charge), with a lifespan of 15 years or 3 million kilometers for heavy-duty vehicles, and a high energy density of 200Wh/kg in light commercial vehicles, enabling a range of 500+ kilometers.

 


Energy Storage Sector:

CALB, as the pioneer in mass production of the 314Ah cell, continues to define the future of energy storage solutions. The newly launched ZHIJIU series, which includes 588Ah and 684Ah cells, features thermal-electrical separation and double-insulation technologies to ensure safety. The lithium replenishment throughout the entire lifecycle results in zero degradation over 3 years and over 15,000 cycles, with an energy density of up to 450Wh/L. Additionally, CALB introduced new 6.25MWh and 6.9MWh containerized energy storage systems, which reduce components by 30%, lower fault rates by 20%, and enable 20 years of combined life for solar and storage systems. The systems also reduce LCOS by 5.8%. The 6.9MWh containerized long-duration energy storage system is capable of supporting applications lasting more than 4 hours. These energy storage systems boast four key advantages: high integration, safety and reliability, ultra-long lifespan, and exceptional returns, marking CALB’s leap from a “device supplier” to an “energy value creator.”
